DescriptionView across Winchester - geograph.org.uk - 1628925.jpg
English: View across Winchester Taken from the 2nd floor of the newly refurbished Hampshire County Council offices on Sussex Street. This is where the original iron age camp, Oram's Arbour was sited. These days the Norman cathedral dominates the city. To the left, under St. Giles Hill, the copper tower of the Victorian guildhall in Broadway can be seen. In the centre is the white clock tower of the original guildhall.
