Add "Celebrity Podcaster" to bio. Billybagofbaseballs (talk) 21:49, 6 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Not done We ain't mr burr's publicity department.-- Dlohcierekim (talk) 21:55, 6 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

His podcasting is covered in the article main body and in the lead section. Whether or not he should be described as a "celebrity" is a bit subjective. Martinevans123 (talk) 21:58, 6 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently Mr Burr has invited his viewers to come here and place "celebrity" in the article.-- Dlohcierekim (talk) 22:00, 6 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, right.... "deep lolness"... He does like a joke, doesn't he. Martinevans123 (talk) 22:02, 6 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
How is he not a celebrity? He seems to fit the criteria for the most part. Alialiac (talk) 14:57, 2 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Career ?

[edit]

"Burr's career began in 1992" and then comes nothing till "he was the voice in a video game in 2008". What happend between? :) nearly 20 years an no information. :)
also i wonder there is no information what happend in the very begining. he gone from working a terrible job in a warehouse and in next sentenc he got a career? :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Shlomo3334 (talkcontribs) 10:21, 23 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

He has also shown pictures of himself and his girlfriend when he graduated from USArmy Basic Training. He joked about her cheating on him while he was protecting us all. Someone please add his US Army info. Whatever his job (MOS) was and the dates he was in. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Whiterussian1974 (talkcontribs) 20:10, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Philly rant

[edit]

The article does not yet mention his "Philly rant". During comedy tour Opie and Anthony's Traveling Virus Comedy Tour (2006), he went on a 12-minute tirade attacking the audience after the previous act, Dom Irrera, was heckled heavily by the crowd. Transcript available here, audio here. Sources include PhillyVoice, Vulture, The Philadelphia Inquirer, HuffPost. Burr discusses the incident here, Bob Saget discusses it here. --143.176.30.65 (talk) 10:17, 15 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

No question, it was a turning point in his career. Definitely should be included. YouCanDoBetter (talk) 18:07, 15 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Politics is not personal life?

[edit]

Last paragraph of the "personal life" section should be moved to a section of its own titled "political views" or something like that. I don't think those things ever belonged in the same category, and I've never seen a Wikipedia article where they were discussed together either. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vizslah (talkcontribs) 21:08, 6 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Done I've seen a few. But seems reasonable. Martinevans123 (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 21:14, 6 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
This drifted back to being merged in, so I felt at least a retitle was called for. Of course it was immediately reverted because reasons. Separate sections would equally work if people prefer. 109.255.211.6 (talk) 04:18, 23 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Infobox information

[edit]

I'm trying to start a discussion with the user who appears to be using some various IPs regarding the information in the infobox in this series of edits. I'm not necessarily opposed to the additions, but they first of all need to be sourced somewhere and also should be discussed first rather than forced into the infobox by one user's preference. Thoughts? Jauerbackdude?/dude. 13:51, 29 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
