Edelman has more than 5,000 employees in 65 offices around the globe. In 2019 global revenue was $892,039,000. PRWeek:

The agency opened the New York office in 1960. This was followed by a series of office openings around the globe spanning seven decades including London (1967); Washington, D.C. (1968); Hong Kong (1986); Silicon Valley (1992); and Beijing (1994). Between 2010 and 2012, Edelman continued its global expansion opening offices in Calgary, Dubai, and five new branches in India – Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune. Richard Edelman was named Global CEO of the eponymous firm in 1996 LinkedIn. He took over for his father Daniel J. Edelman, who remained Chairman of Edelman until he passed away in 2013 at the age of 92. Advertising Age

In 2000, Richard Edelman launched the Edelman Trust Barometer, an annual survey of trust and credibility of the world’s four major institutions – Government, Business, Media and NGOs – industry sectors, spokespeople and various media platforms. Richard Edelman was named Agency Executive of the Year by Advertising Age in 2008. The publication cited Edelman’s success in changing the idea of what a PR agency is and can do as the reason for the honor. As part of the campaign, the outdoor retailer took the step of shutting its stores on Black Friday, the busiest shopping day of the year in the U.S. and told people to instead spend the day outside. The retailer also paid its employees during the closure. Minor updates to information box[edit]

Hello Wikipedia Community. This is Mike Bush from Edelman. After making factual updates to the page a few months back, I want to propose a few minor edits to the information box at the top right of the page.

I recognize I have a conflict of interest per Wikipedia's policies, so I would like to ask that the community review and consider these proposed minor edits.
