Add tab for February, cover February 19th Damascus air strikes possibly from Israel. Zorblin (talk) 01:34, 19 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. You'll need to provide prose and sources that directly link it to Israel. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 01:45, 19 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Merge proposal

[edit]

I propose merging July 2022 Damascus airstrikes into Iran–Israel conflict during the Syrian civil war. An attack like many others throughout this conflict. It is not worth devoting a single article to it.Sakiv (talk) 21:06, 13 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This edit accidentally removed the "to" where it says "Iranian weaponsHezbollah". Somebody please add the to before "Hezbollah".Pritagros (talk) 19:19, 21 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Could somebody please add at the end of this section?:

On January 29, two people were killed during an alleged Israeli strike against IRGC operational headquarters on the outskirts of Damascus.[1]

Thanks.Pritagros (talk) 12:15, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Removing the merging notice, as the article July 2022 Damascus airstrikes (the target of being merged into Iran-Israel conflict during the Syrian civil war in January 2024) now redirects to the main article. EditorGirlAL07 (talk) 08:31, 22 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Merge proposal 2024

[edit]

Merge November 2019 Israeli missile strikes in Syria, December 2014 Rif Dimashq airstrikes, May 2013 Rif Dimashq airstrikes, and January 2013 Rif Dimashq airstrike into Iran–Israel conflict during the Syrian civil war. Not every airstrike, even if there was coverage at the time, needs its own article. For encyclopedic context, these strikes would be better understood and presented as salvos on the Syrian battlefield in the broader Iran–Israel proxy war. These strikes are already covered on the longer timeline, where the context and fuller and more complete accounting of the background is presented. Similar page July 2022 Damascus airstrikes was previously merged into this article as well. Longhornsg (talk) 20:54, 16 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
