Fails WP:NPOL. Most of the available coverage is routine and local or not significant enough. Funny enough, there's this 2010 article in The San Diego Union-Tribune reporting that "Wikipedia officials have deleted the entry for Escondido Councilwoman Olga Diaz on their site, contending that she is not notable enough to have her own page on the popular online encyclopedia."
