Danielle Collins defeated Daria Kasatkina in the final, 6–2, 6–1 to win the women's singles tennis title at the 2024 Charleston Open.[1] It was her second consecutive title, after the Miami Open, extending her winning streak to 13 matches. She became just the fourth woman, after Steffi Graf, Martina Hingis, and Serena Williams, to win back-to-back titles in Miami and Charleston.

Ons Jabeur was the defending champion,[2] but lost to Collins in the second round. Jabeur was the only woman to win a set against Collins during the tournament.
